Open Beta?

Are the characters we make wiped from Open Beta too? I'm trying to figure out how early we actually get to make and then keep our characters, and can't seem to find any info.

Open Beta as of now is Scheduled AUG 14. And your characters will not be whiped upon official release. These Characters, and servers "should" be permanent.

np, i wouldn't take anything for grantite tho yet, cuz it's still kinda earlier and i'm sure NCSoft will push back dates or push up dates depending at how well they belive the game is running.

And to me the sooner the better lol

Yeah, I always get too excited by the initial release dates :( And then wind up disappointed when they move :P Especially when they get bumped months and months away. Aion seems so well formed already, though! Minus a few little things here and there. It's already less glitchy than the game I play usually x_x

I definitely can't wait till the game is up and running and I can play without worrying about my chars ;P
